Tasks

• In the accounts payable area, you post and record invoices precisely and on time
• Create and record accounts receivable invoices independently, thereby ensuring clean processes
• Keep the master data of accounts payable and accounts receivable up to date and maintain it with care
• In the general ledger, you reliably support the team and contribute to ensuring that monthly, quarterly, and annual closings run smoothly
• Create individual statistics and evaluations as needed, providing a clear basis for internal decisions
• You flexibly take over deputy roles within the team and ensure continuity in daily business

Qualifications

• We are addressing you if you have several years of experience in accounting
• Ideally, you have completed further training in finance and accounting (e.g., Sachbearbeiter*in Rechnungswesen edupool), are currently in training, or are planning it
• French language skills at least at level B1 are a big plus
• Confident PC user skills, good Excel skills, and ideally experience with SAP
