Start of apprenticeship: August 2027 This is what your versatile daily work looks like • You assist in day-to-day operations and support the field service with all administrative matters such as: creation of insurance offers. • At the counter, on the phone and in written communication, you attend to inquiries and concerns of our customers. • You process incoming and outgoing mail and supervise the material stock. What you bring to this task • You have completed secondary school with good to very good school grades. • You are curious about the insurance industry and bring a high willingness to learn. • You are reliable and demonstrate initiative and perseverance. • You enjoy working with others, can integrate well into a team and keep a cool head even in stressful situations. • You enjoy bilingual customer contact.
