For our client based in Geneva we are looking for a Care Assistant at home (M/F) Care assistant in home care (m/f) As part of your functions, you will be in charge of: Proposing personalized care to the patient's needs; Ensuring a care tour in autonomy over a restricted geographical area; Ensuring the traceability of care and essential information for the person's care; Participating in the evaluation of the person's needs in order to establish a precise care plan; Working in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team; What we offer you: A reference structure specialized in home care, giving particular importance to the personalization of care and close relationships, Care tour over a restricted geographical area, by bike, car or on foot Continuous daytime schedule, morning, evening or split. To fully succeed in this position, you distinguish yourself by the following qualities and skills: You have the Care Assistant diploma; You have at least 2 years of experience as a Care Assistant You have a first successful experience in home care; You have good knowledge of the Geneva or Swiss care network - an asset; You are organized, flexible and adaptable; You are comfortable with computer tools; You have a personal vehicle (a plus) or are comfortable on a bike; Autonomous management of an emergency situation does not scare you, you are in control of your emotions; You know how to show great relational ease and discretion; Your judicial record is clean.
