For a renowned customer from the pharma and medical technology industry, we are looking for an experienced individual as Polymechaniker / Prototypenbauer CNC (m/w/d) for the Rotkreuz location as of 01. November 2026. The assignment is initially limited to 12 months, with good prospects for extension depending on performance. The workload is 100% with regular working hours.

Your tasks:

• Independent setup, operation and programming of CNC machining centers (3-5 axes)
• Creation of NC programs using CAM systems
• Manufacture of precision parts for prototypes, functional models and test setups
• Production according to technical drawings, sketches or direct consultation with development
• Adjustment of existing components as well as manufacture of special tools, clamping devices and gauges
• Advising the development and engineering teams regarding manufacturing technical possibilities
• Support with Design for Manufacturing / Design to Cost
• Carrying out quality controls of the manufactured components
• Assisting in the care and maintenance of the machine park

Your profile:

• Completed vocational training as Polymechaniker EFZ or a comparable technical training in subtractive manufacturing
• At least 3-5 years of professional experience in the independent setup, operation and programming of CNC machines
• Sound experience with CAM systems
• Experience with 3- to 5-axis CNC machining centers
• Very good handling of modern PC and software environments
• Fluent German skills
• Independent, precise and quality-conscious way of working
• Good comprehension as well as enjoyment of collaborating with development and engineering
• Experience with 3D printing / additive manufacturing is an advantage
• Knowledge of drawing standard ISO 8015 is an advantage
