Job Information ###### Work location: Altishofen Workload: 80-100% Tasks: You set the direction for our Product Backlog and create clarity regarding priorities You create focus in the team and maintain momentum You understand business needs, bring together departments, requirements, and opportunities, and translate them into concrete impact You develop the vision, roadmap, and next steps for our application landscape You make decisions - pragmatic, data-based, and with a view to added value You ensure that operations and further development go hand in hand You question existing structures and bring new ideas into implementation You take ownership - from the impulse to the result Profile: Completed studies in the field of computer science or a comparable qualification Experience as a Product Owner or in a comparable role in Application Management Very good understanding of business processes and their networking, experience with business applications - ideally ERP, HRM, DMS or similar platforms is an advantage Strong communication skills and the ability to bring people along An agile mindset: taking responsibility, deciding, learning, moving forward Confidence in prioritizing - even when not everything is possible at the same time - as well as strong problem-solving skills and time management A doer mentality and enjoyment in taking ownership and driving things forward The ambition to achieve impact instead of just managing tasks Very good German and English skills (oral & written) Required Skills ###### • German • English • Business Administration • Document Management • ERP • Human Resources • Bachelor • Master
