MRO Project Engineer

In this role, you are responsible for the introduction and administration of a maintenance management system in the field of aircraft and component maintenance and coordinate the associated processes with several departments.

Tasks

• Central contact person for the introduction and administration of a maintenance management system in aircraft and component maintenance
• Subject matter expert for the relevant processes, in coordination with other specialist departments
• Coordination of cross-departmental processes with purchasing, production, logistics, and quality assurance
• Development of test scripts and execution of integration tests
• Ensuring smooth operation after production start
• Coordination and cooperation with existing production planning employees as well as support for training and change management

Profile

• Completed technical training, e.g., as a technician or engineer in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or comparable
• Several years of experience in maintenance planning, ideally with a focus on SAP
• In-depth knowledge of SAP as well as the EAM and iMRO modules is an advantage
• Project experience in ERP implementations or process optimization
• Experience in the area of Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) is an advantage
• Fluent in English and German, both spoken and written
• Occasional willingness to travel internationally
