Your tasks: Being a host - your passion is our success You welcome our guests warmly and take professional care of late check-ins as well as early check-outs. Variety & diversity - no two days are the same You ensure smooth operations during the night and are the first point of contact for our international guests. Safety awareness - the night belongs to you You monitor the hotel during the night hours and ensure the safety of our guests and colleagues. Digital know-how - innovation meets hospitality You work with modern tools and systems such as MEWS or Hotelkit to make processes efficient. Team player - more is achieved together Even at night, you are networked with other departments and ensure that the transition in the morning works smoothly. What you bring with you: At least 1 year of experience at a hotel reception or in the Front Office Good German and English skills as well as confident communication Independent working, sense of responsibility and high service focus Stress resistance and organizational talent – even in unexpected situations Flexibility for shifts on weekends and public holidays & arrival via public transport possible Technical understanding and enjoyment in dealing with digital tools Enjoyment in preparing drinks at the bar Care and responsibility when performing cleaning tasks in the immediate work environment Who are we? harry's home is not just a hotel chain - we are an innovative and individual home for travelers.
