On behalf of one of our clients active in the field of building technology and energy solutions, we are looking for an HVAC Project Manager to support the development of various projects in the fields of heating, ventilation and refrigeration. Mission: Ensure the complete management of HVAC projects, from study to commissioning. Coordinate the various stakeholders and trades involved in the projects. Participate in site meetings and ensure the smooth running of operations. Plan resources, deadlines and the different stages of mandates. Ensure the administrative, technical and financial follow-up of entrusted business. Guarantee compliance with quality, cost and deadline objectives. Propose high-performance technical solutions meeting client needs and market developments. Profile ES Technician diploma, Engineer or equivalent training in the field of HVAC, energy or building technology. Confirmed experience in the design and follow-up of HVAC projects in buildings or industrial environments. First successful experience in project management and coordination of multidisciplinary teams. Good knowledge of the standards and regulations applicable to the sector. Ease in the financial and administrative follow-up of mandates. Mastery of AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit or a BIM environment appreciated. Autonomous, proactive and solution-oriented personality.
