Assembly Worker 2-Shift 100% (m/f/d)

For our client, a successful and innovative industrial company, we are looking for a dedicated assembly worker (m/f/d) with a mechanical-technical background to strengthen the existing team. If you have manual dexterity, technical understanding, and enjoyment in precise assembly work, a varied activity in a modern working environment awaits you. Your tasks: 1. Assembly and Production - Assembly according to work instructions, bills of materials, and production orders. • Mechanical assembly of individual components into functional assemblies. • Fastening and alignment of active components according to defined standards. • Ensuring the correct order and completeness of all components. • Compliance with the specified cycle times and production goals. 2. Quality Assurance - Carrying out visual inspections and measurements during the assembly process. • Compliance with defined process parameters and quality standards. • Ensuring the traceability of products and components. • Recognition, reporting, and documentation of quality deviations. • Support in root cause analysis and the implementation of corrective measures. 4. Safety, Order and Cleanliness - Compliance with all safety regulations as well as HSE guidelines. • Consistent application of the 5S principles at the workplace. • Proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). • Active participation in improvements in the area of occupational safety and ergonomics.
