• What awaits you
• Care, accompaniment and support of residents in daily and demanding situations
• You help with personal hygiene, nutrition and mobility
• You autonomously assume medico-technical tasks such as taking vital signs and changing dressings
• Daily accompaniment of residents
• You help with organizational, household and logistical tasks
• You document your care services digitally in the electronic system

• Completed school education (secondary level)
• Willingness to learn and sense of responsibility
• Empathy and patience as well as interest in contact with elderly people
• Open personality
• Availability for irregular working hours
