You are the ideal person as a salesperson with a 100% activity rate, to inspiringly manage the operational aspects in one of our Maxi Bazar « mini prix maxi choix » stores at the Crissier store, because you show yourself to be available to your colleagues and our customers on a daily basis.

As part of your activity, you:

• create a positive atmosphere towards our clientele, our brand and your colleagues;
• embody the philosophy of our company in theory and in practice and thus act as an expert in customer service and loyalty;
• demonstrate your organizational talent every day in terms of merchandise management, interpretation of key figures and ensuring ecological and sustainability aspects;
• always, with the help of your team, put our customers at the forefront, both at the checkout and behind the scenes;
• ensure commercial operations and the profitability of the aisles.

Your qualifications:

• You have professional training in retail or an equivalent training with good knowledge of French;
• You aspire to take on a new challenge in sales or you attest to several years of experience in retail;
• You stand out through a strong customer and service orientation;
• You admire our inspiring themes and you have a strong desire to participate fully in the MAXI BAZAR concept;
• You demonstrate great motivation, good physical fitness and are willing to commit further;
• You have a proven talent for proposing solutions and creating atmosphere zones.
