We are looking for a service-oriented, warm, and hospitable personality for a customer reception in Rheinfelden/AG.

Your main tasks include:

• Ensuring a well-groomed appearance as the first point of contact for internal and external customer inquiries
• Friendly handling and forwarding of incoming telephone calls
• Internal mail processing
• Care of meeting rooms
• Travel bookings
• General diverse administrative activities

What defines you.

• Training in (high-end) gastronomy/hospitality
• Several years of professional experience in the reception area or similar positions - advantageously in an international environment/company
• Service provider from the bottom of your heart
• German native language as well as very good English skills in spoken & written
• Good IT skills (MS Office)
• Sympathetic, open, and warm appearance
• Dress code: classic/well-groomed corresponding to the reception environment
