Sales Internal Service & Order Processing Clerk (80-100%)

you will look after the clientele and ensure smooth commercial processes. The place of work is the Bern region.

Main tasks:

• Processing of daily business (offers, orders, invoicing)
• Monitoring of deadlines, processes and stock levels
• Support in the preparation and follow-up of trade fairs and exhibitions
• Interface function between clientele, sales and logistics

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Commercial basic training with a technical flair
• Professional experience in internal sales or a similar environment
• Good language skills in German and French
• Numerical understanding, structured way of working and team spirit
• English skills as well as Abacus experience (an advantage)
