Team Leader Long-term Care 80-100%

Your tasks:

• Ensuring holistic care and support of our guests according to the nursing mission statement and nursing process
• Professional and personnel leadership of the nursing team with approximately 15 employees
• Responsibility for personnel deployment planning
• Control and quality assurance of the nursing process
• Leading case discussions and interdisciplinary exchanges
• Taking on daily responsibility in the residential area
• Engagement as a topic carrier in specific specialist areas

Your profile:

• Diploma as a nursing professional FH/HF/DNII or equivalent training recognized by the SRK
• Experience in personnel deployment planning as well as ideally leadership experience
• Willingness for or completed further training in the field of leadership
• Clear, structured, and at the same time appreciative leadership personality
• Independent way of working, high competence for action, and sense of responsibility
• Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills, and humor - even in challenging situations
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
