In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for a: Quality Delegate in permanent employment, 100% What we expect from you: Implement quality policy, monitor quality indicators and establish regular reports Conduct steering committees, management reviews Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and requirements Manage internal and external audits Implement preventive actions aimed at the continuous improvement of processes Raise awareness and train teams in good quality practices and ensure traceability Manage quality documentation and ensure its compliance Monitor center incidents and verify the effectiveness of associated action plans Assume the role of Trusted Person in the Company (PCE) in order to contribute to the prevention of psychosocial risks and to the promotion of a respectful and caring working climate. What you bring: Higher education in the field of quality, engineering, science or an equivalent field Proven experience in a quality function in Switzerland.
