YOUR MISSION ### • You advise our customers personally and professionally on provision, pension, savings and family protection - always with an open ear for individual needs • With targeted cross-selling and in-depth specialist knowledge, you strengthen customer loyalty and bring suitable solutions to the point • You acquire new customers through initiative, recommendations and your active network - in doing so, you also represent our company at trade fairs, lectures and sales campaigns • Together with colleagues in the sales network, you develop strategies for market development and use synergies • You conduct advisory interviews personally - with empathy, tact and a clear view of the needs of your conversation partners • You efficiently and precisely handle administrative follow-up work such as CRM maintenance, offers and appointment management Your competencies #### • You have excellent knowledge of German in word and writing - good knowledge of French is a plus • In-depth knowledge in the field of provision, savings and life insurance as well as the Swiss provision market characterizes you • With your communication and negotiation security, you build sustainable customer relationships • Customer orientation, initiative and entrepreneurial thinking are among your strengths • You work precisely, responsibly and have experience in handling CRM and digital acquisition tools • Knowledge of tax issues related to provision as well as the ability to analyze financial situations round off Your education #### • You have completed basic training • A certificate as a "Versicherungsvermittler/-in VBV" is mandatory • An IAF diploma or equivalent qualification is an advantage Let's get started - send us: #### • Your CV • A certificate of good conduct (not older than 3 months) • An excerpt from the debt enforcement register (not older than 3 months)       Function: Kundenberater/-in Versicherung & Vorsorge CEP N02
