Your tasks: • Premium Care: Reception and warm hospitality for the premium guests of SWISS International Airlines. • Lounge Management: Verification of access rights for the Business Class as well as the Senator Lounges. • Exclusive Transport: Carrying out shuttle services and limousine driving assignments for SWISS First Class and HON guests. • Check-in Expertise: Checking in passengers for onward flights as well as regular check-in activities at the Lufthansa Group counters. • Information & Support: Providing comprehensive information regarding flight-specific matters and support during flight irregularities. Qualifications Your profile: • Language Genius: You communicate fluently in German and English. Understanding Swiss German is a mandatory requirement. • Foundation: You have completed an initial education (vocational training or Matura). • Driver's License: You must possess a category B driver's license (for limousine trips). • Flexibility: You are mobile and ready for shift work between 04:00 and 23:30. • Personality: You have an impeccable, well-groomed appearance, an open, communicative nature, and remain resilient even under time pressure. • IT Affinity: You are proficient in using computers and learn new systems quickly.
