The kjz (Kinder- und Jugendhilfezentrum) is a polyvalent counseling center for families, parents, adolescents, children, and toddlers and operates on the basis of the Child and Youth Welfare Act of the Canton of Zürich. For the Social Work and Mandates Department at kjz Uster, we are looking for as of 1 June 2026 or by arrangement a female Head or male Head (70 - 80 %) ## You lead a committed team of 6 - 8 social workers and shape a sustainable team culture. In your role as a professional sparring partner, you accompany your team in demanding case constellations and ensure the quality of case work. At the same time, you are responsible for the professional and personnel leadership of your department and actively shape its further development. Within the strategic guidelines of the AJB, you independently set priorities and contribute your professional perspective to superior decisions.
