Your role As Security & Compliance Manager, you play a central role in the continuous development of our information security and data protection strategy. You assist the CISO as a deputy, advise departments on security-related issues and ensure that security, compliance and data protection requirements are sustainably anchored in the organization. You work closely with internal stakeholders, clients, auditors and authorities. Your main tasks • Deputizing for the CISO in operational and strategic matters • Role of data protection officer • Development and implementation of information security policies at the company level (security policies, standards and guidelines) • Implementation, operation and continuous improvement of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) and a risk management system • Planning, implementation and support of internal and external security audits • Definition and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of security measures • Drafting of reports and management reports on security topics • Development and implementation of security and awareness programs • Analysis of current threats and definition of appropriate measures • Advising and supporting departments on information security, data protection and IT compliance • Auditing and supporting IT projects regarding security and compliance requirements • Collaboration with authorities, auditors and security organizations Your strengths and knowledge • Degree in computer science, business informatics, information security or equivalent qualification • Several years of professional experience in information security management and compliance • CISSP, CISM or similar certifications (an asset) • Experience with ISO27001, NIS2, GDPR and other data protection standards • Strategic and analytical mindset as well as a great ability to structure complex subjects • Very good written and oral knowledge in German and English What Sharp DX offers you • A collegial and empathetic environment with open communication • 40 hours per week and flexible teleworking - we promote work-life balance • Financial support for continuing education • A contribution of 200 CHF to your sports subscription • Team and company events • -and much more- Match?
