At JobSelect, we place both the ambitions of talent and the needs of companies at the heart of our mission, in order to create lasting and successful collaborations. - Control parts manufactured internally and by suppliers, by choosing and using the measuring means adapted to each control. \- Analyze and apply control plans, ensuring their adequacy with quality requirements, and participate in the implementation of new control plans if necessary. \- Take charge of the management of non-conformities, from their identification to the implementation of corrective and preventive actions, analyze potential causes and propose long-term solutions to avoid their recurrence. \- Ensure a support role in the management of measuring means: maintenance, calibration, adjustment of periodicity, evaluation of new external service providers. \- Collaborate actively with the machining, assembly, methods, and technical office departments as well as with purchasing within the scope of activities. \- Ensure that all internal processes are always compliant with the quality standards followed by the company. \- Replace the Team Leader in their absence and take charge of the management of daily activities of the mechanical QCO. \- CFC in mechanics (polymécanicien, industrial designer or equivalent) mandatory. \- Experience in mechanics (machining, assembly, etc.), quality control, problem-solving and management of non-conformities in an industrial environment, inter-team collaboration mandatory. \- Expertise in the use of measuring tools and quality control techniques: 3D programming, conventional measuring means. Proficiency in reading technical drawings. \- Good command of office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of SAP and a quality management / measuring means management / control plan management software is an asset. \- Mastery of French and knowledge of English. \- Sharp sense of precision and ability to make informed decisions regarding quality. \- Strong ability to analyze complex technical situations, to listen to different interlocutors and to synthesize learning into a clear action plan. \- Ability to manage time and priorities even in situations of workload overload. Efficiency in communication with hierarchy. Ability to make technical decisions and to know how to escalate points as needed. \- Dynamism, curiosity, appetite for problem-solving. Communication skills with different types of interlocutors.
