As part of the creation of a new position, we are recruiting a: FLE/ FLI online course Trainer (100%) - 12 month fixed-term contract Location: Lausanne Start date: Ideally November 2026 Salary scale: 8 (this scale is subject to validated prerequisites, failing which classification is made at scale -1) What you bring to our mission Within the French Pole and basic knowledge, you play an essential role in learning French and the integration of migrant persons. In connection with pedagogical, administrative, and educational teams, you support participants in their training journey and promote their autonomy as well as their social inclusion Your key missions You prepare and deliver online French courses using digital tools adapted to teaching. You design and implement innovative pedagogical devices, notably in flipped classrooms. You lead training sessions and ensure individualized follow-up of learning via digital platforms. You evaluate participants continuously and ensure their pedagogical follow-up. You ensure compliance with the rules in force within the training devices. Your profile Master's in didactics, in FLE or in another useful field. Diploma in didactics of French as a foreign language or adult trainer certificate (FSEA1): an asset. Language trainer certificate in the field of integration (fide): an asset. 3 years of experience in the field of adult and/or adolescent training, in delivering online courses and implementing distance learning modalities. Mastery of digital teaching tools and training platforms. Strong interest in the field of migration and interculturality.
