What awaits you ##

In this position, you are part of XpertCenter AG, a subsidiary of Mobiliar. Together with your team, you support insured persons during illness and after accidents.

What you will achieve with us ##

The core of your job is the independent processing of complex cases in connection with daily sickness benefit insurance, accident insurance, liability insurance, and pension provision.

You take on a coordination function for the professional reintegration of persons who are ill or have had accidents. To this end, you develop reintegration plans in cooperation with all parties involved (e.g., doctors, insurers, employers) and accompany and document the case progress according to the process steps of Case Management.

The cases are expected mainly in Zürich and the Eastern Switzerland region. At the same time, you are flexibly deployable throughout German-speaking Switzerland. The position is associated with a high level of travel.

What you bring with you ##

• Degree at University of Applied Sciences level with a social or health background and further training in the field of Case Management
• Several years of professional experience in reintegration, Case Management, or personal case processing
• Experience in providing Case Management services for third-party clients is an advantage
• Sound knowledge of social security law
• Proven consulting experience, as well as strong negotiation skills and assertiveness
• High customer orientation as well as entrepreneurial thinking
• Fluent German skills, very good knowledge of another language, especially Italian and English, is a plus
