We look forward to meeting you! 02 Your Task ## • Operation, monitoring, and further development of the network landscape with switches, firewalls, VPN, WLAN, VLAN as well as LAN and WAN structures • Analysis and resolution of network disruptions as well as optimization of performance, availability, and security • Administration and further development of Windows and Linux server environments including Active Directory, File Services, and central infrastructure services • Support of the Microsoft environment with Azure, Microsoft 365, and Windows Server • Operation and administration of virtualized systems based on Hyper-V as well as support of the backup infrastructure • Implementation of IT security measures in the areas of patch management, endpoint protection, permissions, and system hardening • Processing of technical inquiries and disruptions in 1st and 2nd level support as well as creation of technical documentation • Collaboration on infrastructure and network projects as well as deputy for the IT management in technical and operational matters 03 Benefits ## • Participation in external further training • Independent organization of daily business • Flat hierarchies • Flexible working hours • Progressive employment conditions • Guaranteed hybrid or home office work • Career and advancement opportunities • At least 5 weeks vacation 04 Your Profile ## • Completed training as an Informatiker EFZ with specialization in system engineering or platform development • At least 3 to 5 years of professional experience in the field of network engineering, system engineering, or IT infrastructure • Sound knowledge in the network field, especially TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, VLAN, VPN, WLAN, switching, and firewalling • Very good knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Azure • Practical experience with Hyper-V as well as in the operation of virtualized server environments • Experience with backup systems, endpoint security, patch management, and user or permission management • Independent, structured, and responsible way of working as well as strong technical problem-solving skills • Proficient German skills (C2) as well as good English skills (B2) for collaboration in an international environment • Possession of a category B driver's license 05 Things to Know ## • Guaranteed home office of up to 3 working days per week • Modern workplace • Above-average employment conditions with very good social benefits • Free parking, coverage of public transport subscription or participation in your commute • Financial participation in further training • Workation up to 4 weeks / year
