• Several years of operational experience in care management, ideally in the social or health insurance sector
• Your personality is characterized by solution- and customer-oriented thinking
• Enthusiastic, responsible, and resilient personality
• Very good communication skills, written and oral, as well as a representative personality with impeccable, situation-appropriate presentation skills
• Proficient German, Italian and English, any further language is an advantage
• A valid driver's license is mandatorily required
