Senior Event Manager Marketing Doctors (a) 80-100% page is loaded Senior Event Manager Marketing Doctors (a) 80-100% ## Apply locations Frauenfeld time type Full time posted on Offer published today job requisition id JR07483 Tasks: • Responsibility for the holistic event management of seminars, doctor events, webinars, congresses and trade fair appearances from conception through planning and implementation to follow-up and success control. • Management and coordination of all event stakeholders including speakers, sponsors, agencies, locations and internal stakeholders as well as responsibility for budget, participant and quality management. • Continuous further development of the event portfolio based on analyses, feedback and key figures to ensure high event quality and sustainable achievement of goals. • Planning and implementation of marketing and communication measures to promote events, including event communication, newsletters and target-group-oriented campaigns. • Use of CRM and marketing automation tools for lead generation, implementation of automated customer journeys as well as for the management, evaluation and optimization of marketing activities. • Responsibility for event sponsorship including partner care, contract management and organizational implementation. Strengths: • Education or further training in the field of marketing, event management or communication (e.g., marketing specialist with federal diploma, studies or comparable qualification). • Several years of experience in event management, ideally in a healthcare or B2B environment, including collaboration with customers, speakers, sponsors and external service providers. • Experience in digital marketing, CRM and marketing automation tools as well as knowledge of lead nurturing, campaign tracking and performance analyses is an advantage. • Strong organizational and communication skills as well as a structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working. • High service and customer orientation, host mentality as well as a confident and winning appearance. • Creativity and a sense for marketing communication, layout and design. • Team-oriented, empathetic and flexible personality with networked thinking and the willingness to take on responsibility.
