The position covers the installation, cabling, configuration, and commissioning of audiovisual and home automation equipment on various sites, including meeting rooms, conference rooms, auditoriums, luxury hotels, private residences, and connected workspaces. The client offers demanding technical environments, with projects in audiovisual integration, videoconferencing, sound reinforcement, and automation. The job holder works on equipment from recognized brands and works in compliance with quality, deadline, and customer satisfaction requirements. Proven experience in AV, mastery of Crestron, and a good understanding of networks are expected. Responsibilities • Install, fix, and commission professional LED, LCD, and OLED screens on different sites. • Deploy video walls, projection systems, and motorized screens according to technical plans. • Install and configure videoconferencing solutions such as Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Cisco Webex, Poly, Logitech Rally, and Yealink. • Configure PTZ cameras, microphones, and audio capture systems to ensure reliable use. • Install professional sound reinforcement systems, including speakers, amplifiers, DSP, and audio matrices. • Perform audio, video, and network cabling, as well as RJ45 termination and patching. • Configure and troubleshoot Crestron home automation systems and their automated scenarios. • Ensure testing, preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as first-level technical support. Profile • You have at least three years of experience in audiovisual integration on professional installations. • You master videoconferencing installations and high-end AV environments. • You possess confirmed expertise in Crestron, required for this position. • You know TCP/IP networks, VLAN, PoE, network switches, and IP configuration of AV equipment. • You know how to read technical diagrams, layout plans, and respect cabling standards. • You have a sense of customer service, good teamwork skills, and great autonomy. • You are capable of managing multiple sites, priorities, deadlines, and quality of execution. • You master fluent French and technical and conversational English. • You hold a Category B license, mandatory for travel related to interventions. • Training as an electronics technician, installer-electrician, audiovisual technician, or equivalent is an expected asset.
