For a traditional, family-run construction company in the Sursee region, we are looking for a Head of Civil and Structural Engineering (80-100 %) by arrangement. For decades, the company has been realizing individual construction projects and relies on personal customer care and a committed team.

Your tasks

• Clarifications with internal and external bodies
• Planning and monitoring of construction site personnel, costs and deadlines
• Negotiation of conditions with suppliers
• Organization, coordination and control of construction work
• Quality inspection and ensuring compliance with regulations
• Leadership of construction site and yard personnel

Your profile

• Basic vocational training in the construction industry
• Completed or ongoing further training as a construction manager
• Professional experience as a construction manager or in a similar position
• Negotiation skills, assertiveness, empathy and social competence
• Enjoyment of leadership tasks
