What awaits you with us

• You independently process varied business cases in pension fund administration and participate in projects. The most frequent business cases are entries and exits of insured persons, home ownership withdrawals, buy-ins, retirements, and various benefit cases.
• You competently and independently support insured persons and other stakeholder groups in all administrative matters. As the first point of contact, you ensure reliable, solution-oriented, and customer-oriented processing of all requests in day-to-day business.
• You are responsible for the invoicing of contributions and the processing of incoming payments. Additionally, you support the accounting department with the annual financial statements.

What you bring with you

• Completed commercial training and ideally professional experience in occupational provision or another (social) insurance field
• Quick comprehension, as well as a high degree of self-organization and motivation to learn new things
• Interest in occupational provision and a flair for numbers
• Confident communication in German, good oral knowledge in Italian or French is an advantage
• Enjoyment of a dynamic and service-oriented environment, reliable and structured way of working
