What you will achieve with us ## As a Business Analyst, you will accompany the further development of the company-wide case and task management as well as the General Search and the digital desktop. These components are being introduced step-by-step for all core processes as part of the digitalization of die Mobiliar.   Together with the Product Owner, various specialist departments and IT developers, you will accompany the team from conception through implementation to successful introduction. Within the framework of the agile implementation methodology (SAFe/Scrum), you will develop solution proposals, analyze requirements and document them in the form of User Stories. What you bring with you ## • Completed higher education or further training (university or technical college) in business informatics, business administration or a comparable field of study • Strong conceptual and analytical skills • Fluent German skills in speaking and writing • Communicative, proactive and team-oriented personality • Experience in business analysis and requirements engineering • Experience with agile working methods (SAFe/Scrum) is an advantage Working with us ## A motivated agile team of Product Owners, Scrum Masters and developers awaits you, which develops innovative solutions for our customers with great commitment and expertise.   Your workload is 80-100%.   You can find more about our commitment as an employer below.
