Profile - Arbeit & Inklusion is a foundation of Pro Infirmis and promotes the sustainable professional integration of people with health restrictions or disabilities into the primary labor market. The foundation is active throughout German-speaking Switzerland. For our advisory offices in Chur and Sargans, we are looking for a self-employed and innovative Specialist Advisor for Job Integration / Job Coach 80 - 100% for the Graubünden Region ## What to expect: • You advise and place people with disabilities or health restrictions in the primary labor market according to the methodology of Supported Employment. • You actively acquire employers and advise personnel managers and line supervisors on deployment and employment opportunities for people with health restrictions. • You create potential assessments, skill profiles, and search for individually suitable jobs for your candidates. • You accompany employees and deployment companies during employment to ensure sustainability through job coaching. • You actively coordinate the integration process with clients, specialist agencies, doctors, and other parties involved. What you bring: • You have a qualified education and several years of professional experience in the social, personnel, and/or consulting environment. • You have already gained experience in job integration / job coaching. • You are a goal-oriented, pragmatic, and structured personality with a confident appearance, persuasive power, and sales as well as negotiating skills. • You have high social competence in dealing with people with health restrictions in often complex situations. • You are networked in the mentioned region and bring good knowledge of the regional labor markets. You are motivated to actively expand your network. • You work independently, carefully, and structured, and bring a healthy dose of humor. You have good written expression skills. • You consider sales targets, efficient work, and active acquisition as exciting challenges. • You are flexible and open to travel activities in the region.
