Customer Advisor Bodywork & Claims Management (m/f/d)

Your area of responsibility:

• Personal advice and support for our customers from damage assessment to vehicle handover
• Opening, disposition and invoicing of orders
• Coordination of repair appointments and ensuring a smooth process
• Handling of insurance cases and claims management
• Creation or processing of damage calculations
• Close cooperation with bodywork, paint shop, spare parts service, insurance companies and the customer service team

Your profile:

• Basic technical training in the automotive industry, ideally as Carrosseriespengler/in EFZ, Carrosserielackierer/in EFZ, Automobil-Mechatroniker/in EFZ, Automobil-Fachmann/-frau EFZ or comparable
• Alternatively several years of experience as a service or customer advisor in the automotive industry
• Experience in the area of bodywork, claims management or damage calculation is an advantage
• Knowledge of Audatex is an advantage
• Commercial understanding and enjoyment of administrative tasks, strong customer and service orientation round off your profile
• Independent, structured and reliable way of working
• Very good German skills; further language skills are an advantage
