Qualifications and skills ## • Completed basic technical training as a polymechanic, production mechanic, installation and device constructor, automotive mechanic or construction machinery mechanic, or equivalent training • At least 2 years of professional experience in industrial maintenance • Very good knowledge of German (C1) and good knowledge of English (B1) • Good knowledge of MS Office as well as a basic understanding of digital applications and control technology • Availability for approximately 2 weeks of travel per year, availability for on-call service and valid driver's license • Deep knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics, and hydraulics, combined with a good mastery of technical plans • Strong analytical and solution-oriented mindset to sustainably reduce downtime and continuously improve processes About the position ## In this role, you ensure that our production installations operate reliably, safely, and efficiently. On one hand, your priority is preventive maintenance. You perform inspections, maintenance, and improvements, prepare maintenance work, and document it carefully in maintenance plans and installation documents. You ensure that our standards are rigorously applied. On the other hand, you take charge of reactive maintenance in the event of unplanned shutdowns. You systematically analyze failures, resolve them sustainably, and guarantee a restoration in compliance with technical and safety standards. Furthermore, you work on the continuous improvement of installations and processes, coordinate external service providers, and bring your technical expertise to projects such as installation optimization, new purchases, or site development. Compliance with safety, environmental, and quality instructions is a matter of course for you. You also support other departments, think transversally, and are ready to provide on-call service if necessary.
