Head of Activation After many years of valuable commitment, the long-standing Head of Activation of the Pflegezentrum Spital Zofingen will be entering a well-deserved retirement at the end of the year. To make the handover as smooth as possible, we would like to arrange the succession early: with a start date in November, the current job holder will still be by your side personally and will introduce you comprehensively to your new tasks and the team. November 2026 or by arrangement, permanent Your tasks You will take over the professional and personnel management of the activation team (3 persons) and competently accompany future HF students on their training path Together with your team, you will design a varied, needs-oriented, and structured activation that enriches the everyday life of our residents - in close cooperation with the management of the Pflegezentrum and the nursing departments You plan and realize diverse events and excursions with a lot of creativity You coordinate the assignments of our 30 volunteer employees With your sense for seasons and moods, you will ensure loving, seasonal decoration in the nursing departments Your profile Completed training as Dipl.
