To expand our psychiatry specialist team in Hasle-Rüegsau, we are looking for a motivated and committed Nursing Specialist FH, Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Focus Psychiatry 40-60% Your tasks • You coach colleagues managing cases in nursing process control and in complex nursing situations (approx. 10%) • You take over the case management and nursing organization of your clients • Together with the team leader and quality management, you further develop the psychiatry department based on evidence • You conduct internal training sessions on subject-specific topics • You actively participate in interdisciplinary projects and strengthen multi-professional cooperation Your profile • You have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, psychiatry, or several years of experience as a specialist expert with proven performance • You bring Spitex experience or several years of professional experience in the psychiatric field • You are characterized by a constructive mindset with high solution orientation and joy of innovation • You communicate clearly, empathically, and at eye level • You have a driving license Cat.
