Product Manager Products & Customer Experience, 60-100% The asset management of the VZ Group, listed on the stock exchange, is responsible for managing and further developing investment solutions. For various customer needs, we offer a wide range of rule- and fundamental-based asset management mandates, advisory mandates, and self-execution offers. In addition, we develop editorial content on investment topics. As we continue to grow, we are looking for reinforcement for our headquarters in a central location in Zug. Product Manager Products & Customer Experience, 60-100% What to expect You will develop products, services, and content that create measurable added value. You will provide decision-making bases (KPIs, dashboards, and reports). You will be responsible for digital products and reporting solutions from prioritization to success measurement. You will support data-based decisions and implement OKRs. You will develop our trading platform Börsen+Märkte and incorporate requirements from the editorial team, development, and users into the solutions. You will conceptualize webinars and training sessions for the VZ Customer Academy on Börsen+Märkte and conduct them. What you bring University degree in business administration, business informatics, or a similar field Several years of professional experience in a comparable function is an advantage Analytical strength, affinity for data and digital products, structured way of working, interdisciplinary thinking Experience in deriving recommendations from data analysis, ideally in the financial industry Experience with Excel, Power BI, and Piwik (especially dashboarding and data modeling) Enjoyment of financial markets and communication with customers What we offer you Opportunity to contribute your own ideas and help shape the team's success.
