Commit yourself to us to realize the vision of a supportive society, as a Business Application Administrator / IT Generalist (Application Manager) (m/f/d) 80-100% 15-month fixed-term contract Our Migration & Integration Switzerland French-speaking Department -- a branch of Caritas Switzerland in Fribourg employing about a hundred female and male employees -- is responsible for the support and integration of statutory refugees in the canton of Fribourg under a cantonal mandate. In this context and in order to optimize the management of our data as well as its quality, we are looking for a business application administrator / IT generalist (Application Manager) for a 15-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of extension. Your tasks * Business software Tutoris: Administer access / Provide introductory training / Updates and configuration / Continuous improvement / Ensure 1st and 2nd level user support for the software * Contribute to compliance with data quality standards and procedures with their update for the MI-CHR Department * Execute data extractions, process and analyze data for the establishment of statistics in the form of dashboards, reports or lists * Develop and maintain data control applications and process assistance for the MI-CHR Department using Office 365 tools, Microsoft Power Platform; * Collaborate on the update of the department's Intranet (SharePoint) and procedure documents from their creation to their archiving/destruction * Write and maintain up-to-date user documentation for the various IT tools * Ensure the standardization of processes, coordination and communication between the different services Our requirements * Training in business informatics (CFC in IT) or commercial employee with excellent IT skills in possession of a CAS << Certificate of Advanced Studies >> in application lifecycle management or equivalent (an asset). * Proficiency in Microsoft 365, notably VBA, Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, Power Query). * Proficiency in Microsoft collaborative tools (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive). * Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI constitutes an asset). * Knowledge of data protection and IT security requirements. * Good knowledge of databases, SQL (or query language) and data quality standards (an asset). * Increased planning requirements; necessity to regularly set new priorities. * Fluent French (spoken and written). * Excellent knowledge of German (bilingual an asset). * Technical English.
