• Temporary • LA CHAUX-DE-FONDS Agency • Neuchâtel, Switzerland Ref : CDF11-006708 - Published on 10/8/2026 • * • * • Job description ## Mandated by a major Manufacture in the region, we are looking for an HVAC Technician (M/F) • Control the periodic operation of HVAC installations • Ensure preventive and curative maintenance actions on heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and sanitary installations • Analyze, diagnose, and intervene on various technical failures • Take charge of technical alarms on the supervision tool • Optimize the operation of the control loops of the HVAC installations • Carry out measurement and balancing campaigns for hydraulic and air installations • Participate in the operation tests of the controls of critical installations • Take charge of subcontracting companies in order to guarantee the quality and safety of interventions • Ensure the supervision of a team of service providers in charge of the maintenance of CV installations • Elaborate descriptions and small specifications for the realization of technical projects • Ensure the supply of material or consumables necessary for maintenance or work • Ensure the HVAC technical standby, 24h/24, according to the periodic schedule of the team Requirements ## • CFC heating or sanitary installer, ideally supplemented by an ES Technician diploma in the field of building technology, or equivalent recognized title • Proven experience in the maintenance of complex HVAC installations, ideally in the industrial sector • Mastery of centralized technical management (GTC) tools and associated settings • IT proficiency (Office Suite and technical tools) • Rigor, autonomy and ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment • Team spirit, sense of service and developed customer orientation and very good communication skills • Geographical mobility Are you currently looking for a new professional challenge and do you recognize yourself in the established profile?
