We are present in 28 branches throughout Switzerland and in the Principality of Liechtenstein. For our client company in the Bellinzonese area, we are looking for a Real Estate Accounting Expert (M/F/D).

Job description ##

• Update the accounting and check bank balances
• Record accounts payable invoices and execute payment via the DTA system
• Prepare provisional and final accounting closings
• Process payroll calculations for caretakers and execute payment
• Prepare annual declarations (AVS, Lainf, IPG malattia, IF, salary certificates)

We expect ##

• Commercial training with experience in the real estate accounting sector
• Proven experience in the accounting field in Switzerland of at least 5 years
• Native Italian language, German knowledge is preferential
• Excellent command of the Office package and accounting software
• Precision, flexibility, sense of responsibility, and organizational skills
• Good resistance to stress, discretion, and adaptability
• Ability to work in a team
