Your tasks

• Care and support of our residents according to your qualification
• Support of the existing nursing teams in everyday life
• Assignments during planned additional demand as well as in emergency situations
• Ensuring professional, respectful and resident-centered care
• Cooperation with interdisciplinary teams
• Employment within the framework of a pool contract
• No obligation of workload, no fixed working days
• You define your temporal availability
• The assignment demand will be communicated early
• Individual wishes will be taken into account if possible
• Short-term assignments also possible upon request

What you bring with you

• Training as a nursing assistant, Fachfrau/Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ or dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH
• Professional experience in long-term care or acute care is an advantage
• High professional and social competence
• Reliable, flexible and responsible way of working
• Joy in working with older people
