To drive our continuous organic growth, we are constantly looking for highly qualified specialists. As a supplement to our Controlling team in Bubendorf/BL, we are looking for a Senior CAPEX Controller(a), 100% starting immediately.

Your tasks:

• Monitoring and reporting of project progress in relation to schedule, resources and costs as well as creation of regular cash forecasts
• Ensuring financial compliance and consistent enforcement of Bachem standards and processes
• Proactive reporting of deviations while adhering to escalation levels
• Identifying cost potentials and actively supporting the departments in implementation
• Monitoring and coordination of the approval process for project budgets and purchase requisitions, preparation of project activations
• Contact person for all finance topics, coordination and responsibility for the change management process, coordination and support of payments to suppliers
• Active participation in the optimization of project management processes and tools

Your profile:

• Completed studies in the field of industrial engineering, business administration or comparable training, further education in the field of finance / controlling
• At least three years of experience in project controlling, preferably in large-scale projects
• Ability to work in a team, as well as a confident appearance towards stakeholders
• Strong communication and assertiveness skills, hands-on mentality as well as an independent, structured way of working
• Strong motivation and perseverance with complex tasks and challenges
• Very good German and English skills in speaking and writing
• Microsoft Office, especially very good Excel skills
• Experience in handling SAP and BI systems
