The Negishi Urban Sushi, an innovative food concept of the Wiesner Gastronomie AG family, was launched in 2006 and has since conquered a fixed place in the hearts of sushi lovers. With a variety of creative sushi creations - from classic to vegetarian variations - the restaurant delights a wide range of guests. The local establishment, centrally located at Luzern train station, stands out with its unique interior design and invites you to linger comfortably. The on-site team also takes care of incoming take-away and delivery orders. The Negishi spans two floors and a boulevard area, offering a total of over 80 seats.

To complement our warm and well-rehearsed team, we are looking for a motivated

Dishwasher (a) 30% (only evening shifts) immediately or by arrangement

Your versatile tasks:

• Cleaning the kitchen and washing dishes
• Supporting production tasks in the kitchen
• Complying with all hygiene guidelines and quality standards
• Maintaining order in warehouses and kitchen
• Supporting the preparation of mise en place for lunch and dinner service

Your talents & experiences:

• Several years of experience in the kitchen
• Good German language skills in word
• You work cleanly and accurately
• Hands-on mentality is one of your strengths
• Willingness to help and team spirit characterize you
