Job description
We are a family-like nursery operation in the countryside and have 24 nursery places. From January 2027 or by agreement, we are looking for a motivated, cheerful, empathetic and open Specialist in Childcare for 60 - 80% who enjoys working with babies and children and wants to contribute to the team. Your competencies: - Completed training as FaBe childcare - Team spirit, loyalty and honesty - Sense of responsibility - Resilience - Creativity - Empathetic and loving interaction with the children - Support in every area We offer: - family-like nursery - many development opportunities in the group - we have no group leader (pedagogical specialist staff are equal) - open to further training opportunities - free catering - free parking spaces - 6 weeks vacation --> 2 weeks company holidays, 4 weeks freely selectable - 13th month salary Are you ready to accept this responsible challenge?
