As a plant engineer at the Visp site, Switzerland, you are a central part of our engineering team, right in the middle instead of just being there. In this role, you make a significant contribution to ensuring that our production facilities run reliably, are continuously improved, and are always up to date technologically. Main tasks and responsibilities: Planning and implementation of maintenance measures in the assigned plant area. Ensuring, checking, and continuously maintaining the technical plant documentation. Supporting plant responsibility and taking on deputy functions and services within the department. Independent planning and realization of investment projects as well as participation in risk analyses, operational tests, and plant optimizations. Technical responsibility as a specialist for defined technical topics and active transfer of know-how in the field of mechanics. Qualification and experience: Completed training as a mechanic, metal builder, plant engineer, industrial mechanic, or locksmith EFZ with several years of professional experience or technician HF (mechanical engineering or process engineering). In-depth professional experience in the field of operational engineering. Very good German and good English skills. Pronounced communication skills and enjoyment of team work. Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working as well as high stress tolerance.
