With us in the Real Estate area, you will steer, develop, build, and manage the properties of Zürcher Kantonalbank together with over 100 colleagues. You design future-oriented workplaces, customer, and meeting locations, thereby making an important contribution to the long-term development of the bank. In your role, you move at the interface between business and operations, drive conceptual topics forward, and ensure that service delivery in the Real Estate area is fit for the future.

Your tasks

• Driving strategic space management at portfolio and corporate levels, conducting needs analyses, and creating utility forecasts in cooperation with various specialist departments
• Building analytical controlling of the use of our properties and deriving needs, potentials, and optimization opportunities as a data-based basis for decisions in portfolio management
• Designing operating concepts for employee zones and deriving recommendations for future working environments
• Accompanying large-scale projects with your strategic-conceptual know-how and contributing your perspective throughout the entire project process
• Identifying gaps in the current service offering and developing new services and offerings including business case logic
• Positioning yourself as a utility representative towards the business and translating requirements into implementable, sustainable concepts

Your profile

• Completed higher education in the real estate sector as well as further training in Real Estate Management
• Several years of experience in the use and development of office real estate with a proven focus on strategy and conception, ideally in a utility representation or comparable interface function between business and Corporate Real Estate Management
• Strong ability to quickly familiarize yourself with complex topics and derive sustainable conceptual foundations from them
• Sound understanding of how to efficiently implement concepts using digital tools
• High affinity for interdisciplinary cooperation at the interface of real estate, business, and IT topics
• You convince through a clear, binding, and integrative appearance and win different stakeholders at various management levels for your solutions
• You identify with our values and use them effectively in daily actions
• Very good German skills, any further language is a plus
