As we are growing strongly, we are looking for reinforcement at our headquarters near Paradeplatz in Zürich. Contact Center Employee, from 50% What to expect You will contact our customers by telephone and arrange appointments with persons who are interested in a consultation. You will coordinate the appointments with our advisors. You are interested in financial matters and effectively apply the know-how that you build and deepen with us in conversations. What you bring with you You are committed and goal-oriented and enjoy interacting with people. You speak accent-free Swiss German. Ideally, you bring experience in customer contact or in the financial industry. What we offer you You will be carefully introduced to your tasks, professionally coached, and trained in conversation management. You will work in an uncomplicated and open team at a central location in Zürich. For this activity, there is no home office possibility. You will work at least 21.25 hours per week with at least one evening shift until 19.30. You can plan your working days independently.
