What you achieve ##

• You independently process demanding legal issues from the specialist departments of the Schadencenters Tessin (motor vehicle, property, liability and personal injury), with a focus on liability and insurance law
• You supervise and manage litigation cases from the time they become pending
• You support the specialist departments in recourse cases
• You design and conduct internal training sessions
• You work closely with the claims and specialist departments in Italian-speaking Switzerland as well as German-speaking Switzerland
• You bring a certain willingness to travel in order to attend appointments in Tessin

What you bring ##

• You have a completed CH legal degree and a Swiss attorney's patent
• You bring several years of practical professional experience, preferably in the insurance environment and/or in the legal profession
• You have sound knowledge of liability and insurance law
• You convince through negotiation skills, assertiveness and a solution-oriented way of working
• You are characterized by a high willingness to learn and commitment
• In addition to business fluent German skills, you have business fluent Italian skills in spoken and written form (mandatory) to support the Schadencenters Tessin
