100%, Try & Hire by arrangement Basel, Zürich IT Your tasks ## • Execution of data backups and maintenance work as required • On-site support for technical problems, smart-hands assignments, as well as conference room and workstation support • Support in the introduction and use of new technologies • Taking over break-&-fix assignments and onsite support • Compliance with specified security guidelines and customer processes • Processing and independent resolution of IT disruptions and service requests for end users • Maintenance and updating of inventory, device, and system data • Creation and maintenance of technical documentation and knowledge articles • Execution of hardware replacement, installations, moves, and other IMAC/D activities • Collaboration with internal teams and external service providers Our requirements ## • Completed IT training (EFZ, SIZ or comparable) • Willingness for assignments in Basel and Muttenz, occasionally also in Zürich • Good communication and teamwork skills • Flexible, willing to learn and open to new technologies • Customer-oriented and reliable way of working • Driver's license available • Very good German and English skills • Impeccable criminal and debt enforcement register
