Our spacious office premises are centrally located in Thun. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed individual as a real estate manager, starting by agreement. Area of responsibility Independent management of your own portfolio of rental properties and/or condominium and co-ownership communities Execution of new and re-lettings including viewings, as well as apartment inspections and handovers Conducting / leading as well as preparation and follow-up of meetings Processing of meeting resolutions Maintenance measures and renovation projects as well as handling of damage cases Post-control of accounts and preparation of budgets in cooperation with our accounting department Contact person for tenants, owners, caretakers, tradespeople, and authorities Requirements Professional experience in real estate management ideally completed further training as a real estate manager with a federal diploma (eidg.
