August 2026 or by agreement Job description The Hort & Kita Tatzelwurm is located in a residential area; in a prime location to work with children in a nature-connected way. The forest, the Bruggerberg, the water castle, and the school facilities are in the immediate vicinity. The spacious rooms and the experience-rich garden invite you to explore and discover. At Tatzelwurm, we care for children from infancy to 6th primary school in two age-mixed groups and two Hort groups.   Your tasks: As a technical employee, you share responsibility for the Kita and the Hort. You know how to promote the children according to their age and needs, creating a trusting atmosphere. You take on co-responsibility in shaping the daily routine, work together with the team in a project-oriented manner, and plan exciting offers for the children's group during this time. Thanks to your high social competence, you easily fit into the existing Tatzelwurm team and make your constructive contribution to appreciative interaction. You value a solution-oriented work attitude and personal further development. Our pedagogical concept focuses on needs-oriented work and participation. Your profile: You have completed training as a specialist in childcare or a recognized equivalent education.  The position is advertised with an 80% - 100% workload.  What we offer: We are a young and dynamic team that likes to support each other and respect each other.
