Your Tasks

As a health professional, you are responsible for professional and needs-oriented care and support of our residents. For this position, we value a lively personality who enjoys taking responsibility. In a small and manageable team, you actively participate as a key person in the care process. You support and promote the residents based on professional and human competence. You gladly take on daily responsibility and shape the daily routine together with the team and the residents. Good and competent collaboration with specialist agencies, doctors and other internal departments is a matter of course for you and simply part of the job.

Your Profile

This position is aimed at a health professional with a certificate of competence who has experience in gerontopsychiatry and/or the dementia field. As a "creative mind" you also seek solutions in a demanding and unusual setting that focus on the quality of life of our residents.You possess sound knowledge in the care and support of people with cognitive impairment, are familiar with the BESA system and ideally also with our care documentation system easyDOK. You speak good German and can use common computer programmes.
